Just thought I'd make public my plans for my 5th WindowBlind skin. I'm calling it "Frosted." It is basically a white version of Tinted.

When I finished Tinted, I began to think about the type of skin I'd like to do next. I just couldn't shake the desire for my own take on a clear, light and fresh glassy skin. Believe me, I tried to shake the notion!

Part of me would really like to move on to my other plans... which will be announced shortly... but before I do, I show you my progress on Frosted!

At the rate I'm going, it should be finished in early January. It will contain substyles for XP, Vista, and W7.

I like the clean and sharp look, Brian. Finish it up!

Yeah... orright... I could see myself using it.  In fact, based on thelooks of the screenie, I could see myself actually liking using it.... too.

And if I have to, I could even see myself wating patiently until early January to test this theory out.... but only just.  Any longer and I could very well suffer with anticipation and anxiety issues, thus requiring me to go back on meds and maybe even dusting off the strait jacket.... tho I might have to get the seams let out... put on a bit of weight over Chrissie.

Best not dilly-dally, then.

Thanks guys! It just so happens that the parts of the skin that I haven't finished yet are also some of the most time consuming ones.

I'll work as fast as I can... while still getting it right.

Awesome Brian!!!!!!!!!!!!

No real hurry now, Brian... the missus let out me strait jacket and I just filled another script for calm-me-downers...

.... just in case.

Of course, you know, you'll have to do a dark version/sub-style to cover a 'black frost'

And maybe one with a yellowish twinge....  a 'yellow snow' sub-style, so to speak.

Hehe! Nope, I usually stay away from yellow snow...

Besides, this is the third skin where I'm using the same base template. I'm moving on to something radically different on the next one...

Same here!  Which is probably why I'll never holiday in Alaska.  You just never know when you're going to run into Sarah Palin... or where she's 'been'.

Hmmm, that sounds intriguing.  Something "radically different' has me all eyes and ears with antici... pation.
